Pudding for breakfast!? Yes please! This morning I’m prepping for a big uni presentation so decided to fuel up on one of my favourite puddings as a fruit & fibre packed breakfast.


  1. In a ramekin mix together 1tbsp frozen blueberries, 1tbsp frozen raspberries, 1/2 grated apple, a dollap of maple syrup
  2. Top with a mix of jumbo oats & simple granola
  3. Bake at 180•C for 15 minutes whilst you get ready
