Fuelling my week with these super speedy nutty bites. In half of these energy balls, I added a chocolate coated almond in the centre as a nice little crunch.


  • 1 cup dates 
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup nuts (I used a mix of almonds & cashews)
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 2 scoops peanut butter protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder


  1. Simply blend together all of the ingredients
  2. Roll 1 tbsp of the mixture into balls
  3. Coat in freeze dried raspberries
  4. Chill in the fridge before serving
