I could not resist making up some extra date caramel from my easter blondies to mix into gooey energy balls!
METHOD:
- Soaked cashews in with the dates for 30 minutes
- Blend the cashews and dates with salt and maple syrup into a caramel
- Mix in melted chocolate, chia seeds and oat flour
- Rolling into bite sized balls
- Chill
- Ofc I have had to add Golden Eggs to them before they disappear from supermarket shelves for a whole year
