I could not resist making up some extra date caramel from my easter blondies to mix into gooey energy balls!


  1. Soaked cashews in with the dates for 30 minutes
  2. Blend the cashews and dates with salt and maple syrup into a caramel
  3. Mix in melted chocolate, chia seeds and oat flour
  4. Rolling into bite sized balls
  5. Chill
  6. Ofc I have had to add Golden Eggs to them before they disappear from supermarket shelves for a whole year
