Hiding away in the library fuelled on these homemade truffles we made earlier in the week. This is such a simple recipe yet so indulgent & ridiculously tasty. These ones topped with espresso beans have got to be my fave. Which would you chose?


  1. Make up a ganache with 2 parts dark chocolate : 1 part double cream.
  2. Cool/freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Form bite-sized balls.
  4. Decorate.
  5. Devour
