Hiding away in the library fuelled on these homemade truffles we made earlier in the week. This is such a simple recipe yet so indulgent & ridiculously tasty. These ones topped with espresso beans have got to be my fave. Which would you chose?
- Make up a ganache with 2 parts dark chocolate : 1 part double cream.
- Cool/freeze for 30 minutes.
- Form bite-sized balls.
