This guy has saved me countless a morning (I am v much a night owl & have the quickest morning routine ever, so this quick pink lil Number is my saviour!) I love finding ways to add more variety into my diet rather than restricting and taking away the good stuff. So my of course go-to morning smoothie has lots of hidden extras that bring a lot but don’t change that berry taste at all!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 handfuls of frozen berries (I like to use one of raspberries & one of blueberries)
- 2 handfuls of spinach (or 1 of spinach & 1 of kale)
- A big shake of oats (about 1/2 a cup)
- A sprinkle of chia seeds & flax seeds
- Cover it in oat or coconut m*lk, or a big scoop of yoghurt
- Splash of water
METHOD:
- Simple shove it in a blender and mix it all up!
