Most mornings you can find me rushing down the road scoffing peanut butter on toast. But yesterday all I wanted was to sit on the balcony in the freezing cold with a cosy bowl bursting with berries. I really wish I liked sweet breakfasts more, as this combination is an absolute winner!


  1. Stew a large handful of frozen or fresh blueberries in a pan until they start to burst
  2. Remove from the heat
  3. Add in 4 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
  4. Mix in 1 cup of jumbo oats (or more to reach your desired thickness)
  5. Top with chia & sunflower seeds for extra fuel
