Recently I have been straying ever so slightly away from avo toast, to something even brighter and greener: PEEEAS on toast! You guys will probably think it’s odd but it’s perfect for a sunny morning toast option, I’m obsessed!


  1. Put 1 cup of defrosted peas into a food processor with a big squeeze of lemon and some fresh mint
  2. Whizz Up
  3. Slather it over your favourite toast
  4. Top with grilled asparagus & baby toms with even more fresh mint, lemon and a sprinkling of chilli flakes.
