The courgette sounds like a strange addition, but honestly it doesn’t change the berry taste at all but instead thickens the mix and adds some more plants into our day! I have started adding more flax seeds into my diet recently as they are a good source of Omega-3 which is vital for immune and neural support. 


  • 2 handfuls of frozen berries
  • 3 inch portion of courgette
  • 1 cup of milk or m*lk (I have used a mixture of almond & coconut which works really well)
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • Top up with water
