I am Kate Stenning a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the AfN and L3 Personal Trainer. I have a BSc in Biomedical Science, an MSc in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition, a L3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training, and most importantly – a passion for all things science, exercise and food!
I have recently moved back home to the Falkland Islands after more than six years in England. I am loving being surrounded by sea, wind and lots of familiar faces, whilst working with as many of you as possible in the islands!
There is nothing better than sharing a hearty meal around a large table with your loved ones, and I am here to spark that joy you may have lost around food, to give you some inspiration to get you back into the kitchen or just some handy little tips to make cooking & baking easier. I am here to show you that nutritious, healthy and delicious food really can be cheap, simple and quick to create.
Head to my ‘Recipe’ section to find something that gets your tummy rumbling.
Nutrition needs to be accessible. At a time where so much information is surrounding us about what is right and wrong to put in our bodies, I aim to make it much more simple and honest. Nutrition and health is about sustainability: what fits your lifestyle, what you enjoy and what matters most to you. So whether you are here to learn about supplementation, appetite hormones, carbohydrates, or just want to know a little bit more evidence-based science that is easily accessible, then look no further than my ‘Nutrition’ section.
I love working with you guys, so please head to the ‘Work With Me’ section, or get in contact to discuss all things one-to-one consultations, training sessions brand collaborations, nutrition-science writing, recipe development, or just for a little chat. I would love to hear from you.
