Happy Friday!
Just a quick hello from me in-between dispatching cruise ship tourists on the jetty today and getting food & wine ready for hosting a mini dinner party this evening.
This week I have been interviewed by the lovely Lisa at the Penguin News here in the Falklands. We discussed everything from my education and career progression, to my consultation services and public health work, to weight stigma and non-diet nutrition.
