I follow a non-diet and gentle approach to nutrition consultation. Putting weight loss and diet plans to the side, creates space for us to explore your relationship with food further, making the process a lot more enjoyable and sustainable.
Whether you are confused about your dietary choices, supplementation, or just want a little bit of clarity around nutrition; then we can work together to focus on your individual goals and wellbeing in a sustainable manner. I also offer 1-to-1 Personal Training sessions and group exercise classes, working with you to reach your long & short term goals whilst focusing on the enjoyment of movement, exercise and fitness.
